This project was a collaboration with Hex Mortis and Lost Dog Customs in Atlanta, GA. We constructed a mechanical robot puppet as well as additional props and costume pieces for the film Escape Plan 2: Hades (2018). We also provided the puppeteering.

Puppets designed and constructed for an inner promotional video with Dropbox. An example of caricature/portrait puppets, where the founders of Dropbox, Drew and Arash, as well as some generic employees, are depicted in fleece and fur.
I designed and built these puppets for the [adult swim] / Authority Films video for Mastodon’s Deathbound (2011).
This was a super quick turnaround with each puppet being built in a day or less by implementing some time and cost saving techniques. This approach allows the puppets to look decent while having the ability to perform for a day or two on set before requiring extensive maintenance. Being a 2-day shoot with a tight budget, this was the preferred approach for the project.
I also had the honor of performing and directing 9 additional puppeteers for this. Such an incredibly fun shoot!
I designed and built this mockup puppet for the Dreamworks TV series, Judge Puppet.
Carved, soft, polyurethane foam.
Patterning the fleece and roughing in the hair. I actually prefer this version of the hair to the final.
These are some simple ghostly glove puppets I created for a Halloween puppet showcase at the Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta, GA (2005)
